All products designed by Bianca Georgescu are handcrafted in her atelier in Bucharest, Romania.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we do! Our products are shipped anywhere in the world.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS AND WHAT BY WHICH COMPANY WILL THE PRODUCT BE DELIVERED?

The cost of delivery for orders shipped in Romania is free! Delivery will be made by FAN Courier.

For international shipping, delivery charges differ depending on the chosen country – the fee will be shown when placing an order and after filling in the address. Delivery will be made by EMS Posta Romana.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

The manufacturing time can vary between 7-14 days, depending on the product. The delivery of products in Romania can take up to 1-2 working days and international delivery can take between 5-20 working days, depending on your location.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Costumers can return ordered products without penalty within 14 days following delivery. Once the returned package reaches us, biancageorgescu.ro agrees to transfer the value of the products by bank within 24 hours, based on the information provided on the return form.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS?

In order to provide a refund or exchange the following are required:

  • You must notify us via email or phone at (+40) 727 805 657 within the first 14 days after receiving the order.
  • Products can be returned only if they are in their original state, they show no sign of use or flaws and are accompanied by the original packaging and all documents received. We advise you to try on the shoes only on carpet in order to avoid the appearance of marks on the sole.

The returned products must be sent through courier companies, whose shipping fees have been paid by the sender (client).

Can I return custom made products?

Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

If you have changed your mind regarding an order, please notify us as soon as possible. No cancellation fees will apply if this occurs before the order enters the production process.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Our footwear is labeled with European Sizes. However, in order to create shoes that match perfectly, we strongly advise you to send us your foot size in centimeters, following these instructions.
