Are you interested in the craft of designing and making footwear by hand? Then choose this intensive shoe making course that covers all the steps of handcrafting footwear, from measuring the size, cutting patterns, cutting leather, composing, sewing, and finishing.
A fun shoe making course that is suitable for complete beginners, both men and women, and is perfect for those considering a career into footwear design, but also a great choice for people who have difficulty in finding the right shoes.
You will be here for around 4 hours a day, with the possibility of extension, depending on the time required to complete each stage. All tools and materials are included, as are hot drinks.
In order for the mentor to be able to provide all the necessary attention to each participant, the courses are conducted with small groups of participants (2-4).
At the end of this course, you will leave knowing how to make shoes by hand, but also with a pair of shoes created by you and the joy of seeing your ideas realized, from pattern to the finished product.
The courses are hosted by Bianca Georgescu, footwear and accessories designer with a passion to create and share her knowledge.

MATERIALS
The price of the course includes all materials that are needed for you to create a pair of shoes (sole, insole, heels, leather etc.)
We use the highest quality leather, with a range of colors for you to choose from. We also have vegan alternatives available, so please let us know in advance so we are suitably prepared.
LOCATION
The course will take place in our workshop situated on Str. Sfântul Constantin, Bucharest (near Cișmigiu Park).
