The latest fashion project by Bianca Georgescu, created in collaboration with other talented young people from related fields, was concluded with an authentic capsule collection. It is all about traditional components, handmade by local artisans.

The collaboration between designers and craftsmen allowed the dialogue to continue beyond any boundaries, developing communities that managed to remain independent and self-sustained, while maintaining their identity.

This collection talks about who we are in relationship with the world, our traditions, the culture we belong to, being a vivid expression of the world, a unique story of design, craftsmanship and tradition, reinterpreted in a modern manner.

The project was funded by the Ministry of Culture, through the CultIn program. It aims to emphasize the necessity of perpetuating local crafts and to promote traditional values in line with the trends of contemporary fashion, as well as interdisciplinary collaborations in fashion design, among craftsmen and designers.
